Founded in 1999, Klear Investments is a private holding company that builds, acquires and holds operating businesses across all stages of growth. The group traces its roots to Global Pacific Produce, a fresh-produce supply business built to sell direct into UK and European retail. That discipline, own the operation, cut out the middlemen, and hold for the long term, now runs through every division we hold.
Our model is ownership, not trading. We build companies and back the operators who run them, acquire real assets, and hold royalty and mineral interests that pay from production rather than forecasts. We take positions sized for conviction and hold them through cycles, not quarters.
We do this across three operating divisions and four continents: fresh produce moving grower to shelf through the United Kingdom and Europe, oil and mineral interests recorded section by section in California and Texas, and interactive entertainment technology built for regulated markets.
We measure ourselves in decades. The businesses we own are developed and compounded over the long term, run by people close to the product and backed by a lean centre. We prefer substance to noise, and good businesses held properly to quick returns.
